QC Kinetix Knee Treatment – Step 3
I’m continuing on with my QC Kinetix treatment plan for my knees, and this week was Step 3. This stage was a big one: they removed stem cells from my pelvis in my lower back and then injected them into my knees.
The procedure itself went smoothly, but my back has been sore since — it feels like a deep bone bruise that just lingers.
The first day after, I was back at work, but I didn’t feel great. My knees were hurting, my body just felt off, and I was worn down.
By day two, things were starting to settle, but I was still pretty achy and tired.
Now I’m three days out, and the difference is noticeable. My knees feel as good as they have in a long time. There’s still a bit of pain where the meniscus tear is if I twist my leg, but otherwise they feel solid. My back is still tender from where the stem cells were taken, but it’s manageable.
I’ve gotten some extra rest and, for once, I haven’t been on my feet all day. That break has helped, and overall I’m feeling better now than I did at the start of the week.
Step 3 feels like progress. I’m optimistic about where this treatment is heading and looking forward to seeing how my knees respond in the coming weeks.
